Teaching Assistant – SEND Job Start Date: 1st September 2024 Contract Length (end date): Maternity cover starting 24th April 2025 Salary: TA grade 1, point 2 SEND allowance, £9552 per annum Hours: 16 hours per week, increasing in September dependent on needs of child 8.45am – 12.00pm, Monday - Friday St George’s CE Primary School has a vacancy for a maternity cover for a skilled, committed individual to provide support for a pupil currently in EYFS with an Education, Health and Care Plan. We are looking to recruit someone who has a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs and is able to work as part of our friendly team. The candidate would need the ability to form a safe, secure and supportive relationship with the pupil whilst showing patience, consistency and understanding to support their learning, social and communication needs.
