6. Sustainably growing the association's membership.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have extensive senior management experience, ideally gained within the bitumen industry or associated/aligned sectors such as additives or chemical producers and refiners, or within non-profit organisations such as Council for Europe/EU Council or similar, other industry associations, or related entities. You should have a proven track record in advocacy, lobbying, or public relations and demonstrate expertise in influencing policymakers. Experience at a General Director level, particularly within international or EU-level organisations will be highly regarded.
Key attributes and qualifications include:
1. Leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities to translate vision into actionable objectives.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and the ability to build consensus.

This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of an influential organisation and lead it through a transformative period. You will have the chance to:
1. Shape Eurobitume's road map and drive measurable outcomes for its members.
2. Build and sustain relationships with key policymakers and industry leaders.
3. Lead meaningful initiatives that address sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence in the bitumen industry.
