Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
* Build Relationships: Develop professional and meaningful connections with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
* Collaborate: Work closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and the broader business requirements.
* Create Engaging Adverts: Develop captivating advertising materials for roles at all levels, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
* Screen Candidates: Ensure the talent pool aligns with the hiring team's brief by screening applications and candidates.
* Support Interviews: Assist hiring teams during interviews as needed, with travel across the UK when required.
* Agency Relations: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, working with the Talent & Development Advisor to identify the best partners and negotiate competitive rates.
* Enhance Employer Brand: Proactively use the ATS system, social media, and other resources to boost our employer brand.
* Prepare Metrics: Support the preparation of monthly metrics for the HR Director to present at Board level, including details such as spend, time to hire, application rates, social media engagement, etc.
* Create Offer Packs: Prepare offer packs, including contractual documentation for both internal and external hires.
* Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends, technologies, challenges, and market developments.
Learning & Development
* Identify Training Needs: Collaborate with the Talent & Development Advisor to identify training needs and requirements for employees at all levels across the business.
* Implement Frameworks: Assist in the implementation and ongoing development of a competency and leadership framework throughout the organisation.
* Support Apprenticeships: Support internal apprenticeship cohort enrolments, track apprentice progress, and build relationships with providers. Provide support to learners and managers throughout the apprenticeship program.
* Engage Training Providers: Identify and engage new training providers, negotiating competitive packages.
* Monitor Budget: Monitor spend in line with the learning & development budget and produce learning agreements as needed, following internal policies and processes.
* Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, challenges, and developments in learning & development.
Requirements

* Experience: Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
* Qualifications: A CIPD qualification or similar, or currently studying towards one, would be advantageous but not essential.
