We are looking for an Administrator / Customer Service Advisor to work in the City Centre with parking, providing support to other Account Managers and Directors. The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, working as part of a small, established team with support and training from your Line Manager.
As the Administrator / Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities include:
1. Conducting service review meetings on a quarterly basis, collaborating with the team to record and collate data across systems to monitor performance in line with service level agreements. This includes reviewing escalations, corrective actions, and co-developing preventative strategies with suppliers and clients to improve problem areas with a solution-oriented approach.
2. Ensuring timely review meetings are held and responded to.
3. Managing single and multi-asset moves, scheduling, and cooperating with the team on decision-making. This involves assigning applicable resources and capacity, and crews based on skills, competency, and experience.
4. Quoting to meet the 'time to respond' turnaround agreed upon.
5. Monitoring quotes to conversation.
6. Planning routes effectively to maximize crew capacity and resource availability across clients' approved suppliers (logistical partners).
7. Responding to escalations, aborted works, and cancellations with re-routing, building in works pending to fill gaps with new availability, and providing opportunities for clients to bring works forward where beneficial.
8. Collaborating with crews on the best alternative routes, diversions, and re-routing.
9. Forward planning scheduling with the team.
10. Cooperating with account managers to plan, agree, and confirm the allocation of crews to works.
