Macclesfield Supported Living Network provides individualised and person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes. People are supported to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, and maintain tenancy agreements.
Support can be provided over 24 hours and is focused on maximising people's independence, choice, and control, including medication, money management, and all aspects of daily living. The networks work in partnership with the individual, parents, families, and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.

Job Description
5 Casual Grade 4 Community Support Worker (supported living) located at Macclesfield Supported Living Network.
Providing support over a 24-hour period, focused on maximising people's independence, choice, and control. We work in partnership with the individual, parents, families, and a range of other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
The job holder must have the right values, be friendly, and have a positive approach. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given. There is a requirement to be flexible, to be part of a rota which includes working weekends, bank holidays, on an early and late basis, with occasional sleep-in shifts.
Support provided consists of all aspects of daily living (personal care, food preparation, administration of medication, and managing finances).
The service operates over 24 hours. Starting pay is £12.18 per hour, up to £12.38, with time and a half at weekends, and all Bank Holidays except Xmas Day and Boxing Day, which are double pay.
