Job Title: ECO4 & GBIS Manager
Location: Barking, London - HYBRID

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Job Summary: As an ECO Manager at IZ Energy, you will be instrumental in managing and delivering ECO4 and GBIS-funded projects. You’ll oversee project pipelines, lead a dynamic team, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction across all processes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of ECO4 and GBIS Funding
1. Oversee the funding process, ensuring projects comply with ECO4 and GBIS OFGEM requirements and meet delivery targets.
2. Manage the team to process new leads efficiently, delivering excellent service at every stage.
3. Collaborate with the delivery, submissions, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth job transitions across all process stages.
4. Maintain visibility of the ECO and GBIS project pipeline, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
5. Act as a key liaison with B2B clients (e.g., Local Authorities and Landlords), managing portfolios and providing updates.
6. Oversee and support the resolution of complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Team Leadership
1. Lead, mentor, and inspire the ECO team, fostering accountability, high performance, and clear communication.
2. Ensure the team is well-trained on OFGEM guidelines and compliant at all times.
3. Promote the effective use of digital tools and systems to maximize team efficiency and data accuracy.
4. Maintain accurate reporting and ensure progress tracking is clear and accessible to stakeholders.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
1. Advocate for a seamless and positive customer journey, from the initial lead through to installation and aftercare.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and satisfaction among clients and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Proven experience in energy efficiency funding schemes, preferably ECO4 and GBIS.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of inspiring high-performing teams.
3. Excellent organizational and reporting abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
4. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive client experiences.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of digital tools and their application in project management.
