The Temporary Works Coordinator’s role is to coordinate and manage all types of temporary works within the project. The job role also involves TWC regularly liaising with the Temporary Works Design team, Construction Team, and Permanent Works Engineer/Designer.
We’re looking for people who have experience with Residential new build projects as well as more complex Cut and carves of grade listed buildings. This is a roaming role, where you will look after a numb er of sites, including a brand-new project we have in the heart of Moorgate.
Be competent and have the qualifications and experience appropriate to the nature and completion of the project.
Construction Director/Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, Permanent Works Engineer/Designer and Temporary Works Design Engineer.
BEng/BSc Civil/structural Engineering
Falsework / Formwork / Scaffolding / Tower Crane/hoist bases / Facades
Previous experience in temporary works design and/or site temporary works coordination & supervision, ideally for a Main Contractor.
