Responsibilities Partner with the CEO of the International Private Bank (IPB) and regional CEOs to create and execute the overall marketing agenda and strategy for the IPB business. Lead the IPB Marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring connectivity across global marketing organizations, with a focus on talent acquisition and retention. Develop holistic marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, acquire new clients, and deepen relationships with existing clients, based on regional priorities and business objectives. Lead and drive the agenda for thematic marketing opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with practice and solutions leaders to deliver tools that drive credit and investment flows, aligning with business objectives. Emphasize digital marketing with a data-driven approach to digital tools, applications, and maturity models. Lead the dialogue on content segmentation, persona development, and personalized client experiences to enhance client engagement. Oversee all content-related activities for the IPB, ensuring effective delivery and management of content Editorial Boards while maintaining content independence. Integrate AI technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with the head of Business Intelligence to implement data-driven initiatives and advisor tools across the IPB. Ensure all marketing activities meet the highest quality and regulatory standards, conducting first-class business in a first-class way. Required Skills, experience, and personal attributes Significant experience in marketing strategy, acquisition, and deepening within a global organization, preferably in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or a related industry. Strategic thinker and all-round marketer with a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, including financial performance, key objectives/challenges, and competitive landscape (Asian competitive landscape knowledge is essential). Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in sophisticated marketing organizations, capable of tailoring and conveying key messages across various organizational levels. Extensive experience and business acumen to create country-specific marketing strategies, establish priorities, and communicate expectations effectively. Good understanding of the Sustainable Investing and ESG landscape within Financial Services or similar industries. Strong digital marketing and data acumen, with a proven track record in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to formulate strategy and demonstrate solid project management capabilities to take marketing plans from strategy to execution. Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to grow and manage teams across a broad spectrum of levels and experience, and demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams in a collaborative culture.
