Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role:
As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to our Operation Managers and ensuring excellent client relations. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Manage diaries, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and respond to email queries.
Client Liaison: Handle purchase orders and finalise quotations for new jobs, fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Job Management: Raise jobs in our in-house system and produce relevant paperwork for our engineers.
Time sheet Processing: Ensure our engineer's time-sheets are processed accurately and timely.
Training Assistance: Maintain training records and ensure operatives are up to date with their training requirements.
Supplier Coordination: Produce purchase orders and liaise with suppliers, addressing queries and delivery schedules.
Reporting: Generate weekly reports for work in progress (WIP) and collate paperwork for invoicing.
Safety Documentation: Create Risk Assessments and Method Statements based on information from our managers.
General Administration: Answer phone calls, organise files, and carry out various admin duties.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A flexible multitasker who can adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
