We are a fast-growing supplement brand dedicated to high-quality ingredients selected by our team of PhD experts. Paid advertising is a key part of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a specialist to take full ownership of our ad campaigns.
The Role
This is a data-driven, results-focused position for someone experienced in scaling paid ads profitably. You will manage Google, Amazon, and TikTok ads while exploring Facebook ads as a potential growth channel. The primary focus will be on return on ad spend (ROAS), conversions, and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPC) and optimise performance.
• Scale successful campaigns while eliminating wasted ad spend.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
• Identify high-intent keywords and audience segments for better targeting.
• Experiment with Facebook Ads as a new acquisition channel.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends.
• Work with the content team to improve ad creatives and video performance.
• Optimise Amazon product listings and PPC campaigns for visibility and sales.
• Manage budgets, allocate ad spend effectively, and provide performance reports.
About You
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads (Facebook Ads experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimisation strategies.
• A mix of creativity and analytical thinking to refine ad campaigns.
• Experience in e-commerce and a results-driven mindset.
Desirable Skills
• Facebook Ads & Meta Business Suite experience.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC and listing optimisation.
• Familiarity with landing page builders and conversion rate optimisation.
• Understanding of AI-driven ad optimisation tools.
