This means diagnosing faults to repair or replace the equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee, communicating issues and solutions through escalation points, and serving up smiles with first-class customer service for our partners.
You will need to be an agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role, an efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively, and a people person who can stay calm under pressure.
