As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in need. This position involves supporting clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. You will work in clients' own homes, delivering personalised care plans tailored to the needs of each individual. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive are essential for this role.
Due to the expansion of service in the Waterside area, we have full and part-time rotas available - Mornings (07:00 - 14:30), Afternoons (15:00 - 18:30), and Put to Beds (19:00 - 23:00).

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
You must hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.
