About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Campaign Coordinator to join our team at Nationwide Building Society.
As a key member of our Personalisation & Performance Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative assets for all 121 channels within the squad. This will include briefing creative requirements to internal copywriters or partner agencies and managing the asset production process from briefing to final approval.
You will be responsible for ensuring all assets are reviewed and approved prior to dispatch through our internal creative review process and with all relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of the asset, including briefing our third-party supplier on Direct Mail requirements, or our internal Content Editors on email or prompt builds.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing creative campaigns across multiple channels
* Managing the asset production process from briefing to final approval
* Ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the campaign
* Providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and customer experience
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in campaign management and creative development
* Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliverables
* Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
* Experience of managing and influencing internal stakeholders and working with agencies
* Able to understand, analyse and interpret insight and data to make informed recommendations
