Project Engineer
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Orion is partnered with a heavy industrial business located in Stratford-upon-Avon which is recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer. The company specialises in heavy lift transport, haulage and logistics. The ideal candidate will have come from a haulage, heavy industrial or a construction background with experience with jacking and skidding equipment as well as mobile cranes.
Project Engineer Required Experience:
At least 18 months of relevant UK experience in heavy industrial construction
UK drivers licence
Project Engineering qualification – Degree level
Experience with jacking and skidding equipment
Come from civils or construction industry
IT literate – Be able to use software systems like CAD, Microsoft, Excel etc..
IOSH qualification
Organisational & communication skills
Haulage & heavy load transportation/logistics
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of a project
Route planning the heavy load transportation
Technical documentation – Ris assessments etc..
Customer liaison – Experience being that key point of contact to a customer throughout a project’s journey.
Work multiple projects at any one time – organisation is key
Attend site meetings
Read and work from CAD drawings
Project Engineer Qualifications:
Masters Degree or Diploma - Project Engineering
Project Manager Benefits:
Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Project Engineer Shifts – Monday – Friday 08:00 18:00
