Job Description Residential Support Worker Overview: We require resilient Support workers for a new 3 bed home in Scarisbrick, ideal candidates will work alongside our management team. Preferable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential. We have full-time hours available, experience is desirable but not essential. We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift. A driving license is advantageous but not essential. Are you what we are looking for, apply today. Duties include: Taking point on shift and leading by example. Delegating duties fairly amongst staff. Training up new members of staff. Participating in on call rota and taking out of hours calls when required. Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
