Job Description We’re looking for a full-time Onboarding Advisor to support new Mortgage Services recruits and ensure they meet all background checks, regulatory requirements, and competency standards. You’ll guide new starters through the onboarding process, keep records up to date, and ensure policies are followed correctly. If you're organised, detail-focused, and enjoy supporting others, we’d love to hear from you Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm Key roles and responsibilities to be a successful Onboarding Advisor include: Provide advice and guidance to Mortgage Services Sales Management on new starters, CF, and Induction courses. Contribute to quarterly performance reviews and track competency deadlines to ensure proper support for staff. Share accurate management information (MI) with the wider business. Ensure adherence to the IDD Policy and Procedure, validating and tracking compliance with Sales Management. Review certification activities, regulatory testing, and internal reports to ensure compliance with the required standards. What can we offer you? Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. Confident in meeting deadlines and working under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and demonstrate a confident telephone manner.
