We are working with a fast paced and growing organisation on their appointment of an HR Administrator on a permanent / temp to perm basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a crucial role to facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, dealing with all HR administrative support and any first line HR queries. This is a site-based position and flexibility to attend other sites on occasion is required, this may involve some early starts.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator role include:
* Process all HR lifecycle documentation
* Maintain & update employee records (People HR)
* Prepare standard letters
* Provide confidential note taking at HR and Operational meetings
* Assist with recruitment administration
As HR Administrator you will have:
* Proven experience in high volume admin / HR administrative role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confidence to manage own workload
* Flexibility
* Energy and passion to succeed in the role
