Harbour Hotels is looking for a mid-level creative designer to join the central head office marketing team. The role involves idea generation, artworking, social asset creation, assisting with shoots, visualising campaigns, and helping build the Harbour Hotel brand.
Harbour Hotels is a leading lifestyle hotel brand with a portfolio of 14 coastal, country, and city locations, featuring exciting restaurant concepts and the unique HarSPA brand.
Your key roles and responsibilities:
1. Produce high-quality, creative design work in line with Harbour brand guidelines.
2. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
3. Support the Creative Manager with design projects.
4. Design engaging social media assets and content, including artwork, ads, videos, and reels, working with the Social Team.
5. Create design templates for hotel teams.
6. Present design concepts and mock-ups to stakeholders for review and approval.
7. Work on hotel design briefs, questioning the brief if needed, from graphic design to print and production.
8. Generate ideas for marketing campaigns.
9. Develop concepts by hand or software, determining the use of colour, text, font, imagery, and layout.
10. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videos.
11. Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, budgets, and manage multiple projects.
12. Stay updated with relevant software and industry trends.
Skills required:
* At least two years’ experience as a mid-level creative designer, preferably for a luxury lifestyle brand.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects (or equivalent), InDesign, and Premier Pro.
* Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
* Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
