£11.98 per hour
37 hours a week Monday to Friday
Main Duties:
* Answering telephone calls and recording customer contact
* Recording repairs
* Following up requests for work
* Arranging appointments
* Registering new housing applications
* Accurate recording of customer details
Essential Criteria:
* 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths (grade C or above)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* 1 year of administrative experience
