As the Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Ensuring that legal and statutory obligations related to property compliance and organisational health & safety are met. Managing contractor relationships and property compliance budgets. Overseeing key compliance areas like gas servicing, fire safety, water management, and asbestos. Showing leadership qualities, while fostering a positive workplace culture. Driving performance improvements and maintaining compliance records to a high standard. What the successful applicant will possess: Proven expertise in property compliance, health & safety management, and KPI reporting. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and contractors. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A track record of delivering value-for-money services and managing budgets effectively.
