What you'll do
As a Business Process Specialist, you’ll partner with our Global Process Owners and Process Leads to set process visions which align to the One Bank standards and governance, measure and monitor process performance and support the improvement of processes to align to the Risk & Finance Transformation vision.
You’ll be assessing customer and business requirements, researching, and analysing potential solutions and making recommendations to enhance and simplify our processes, as well as managing the definition and implementation of all changes to them.
Your role will also involve:
Using a consistent process framework, data analysis and tooling for continuous improvement to define strategic business processes across Finance Change programmes
Leading and facilitating workshops with the business to define the target state processes and ownership model
Creating the Business Operating Model document
Providing technical and subject matter expertise on available technologies and processes to improve quality, customer satisfaction and cost performance
Driving a focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes
Carrying out the diagnosis, design and implementation phases of process methodology to identified processes, supporting both local and end-to-end optimisation work
Helping to diagnose complex issues leading to action oriented solutions
Working closely with business partners to support local tactical improvement work
The skills you'll need
To join us in this role, you’ll have strong experience in process transformation and simplification in Risk or Finance and you'll demonstrate the ability to deliver in an Agile way. A Lean Six Sigma accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
You’ll also bring:
Process mapping experience using Visio or BlueWorks
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
