We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our hospitality venue. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality guest experiences, manage finances, and lead a motivated team. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for outstanding service. 45K BONUS Key Responsibilities: Operations: Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency. Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and food & beverage quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Financial & Business Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability. Oversee stock control and supplier relationships. Develop marketing strategies to boost footfall and brand awareness. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Customer Experience: Engage with guests and handle feedback professionally. Uphold brand standards and ensure a great guest experience. Manage online reputation and guest reviews. Events & Promotions: Plan and oversee special events and promotions. Work with external vendors and partners to enhance offerings. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager in hospitality. Strong leadership and team management skills. Financial expertise, including budget management and P&L analysis. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations. Experience in sales, marketing, and event planning is a plus. Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office.
