Customer Experience Executive (Maternity Cover) Role Outline The Customer Experience Executive role offers the highest level of support to the operations team, event teams, venue teams, exhibitors, contractors, and stakeholders. They will take responsibility for the customer journey and onsite operational experience including managing the customer facing teams, the operational information we communicate, data storage and software. Providing a professional, well informed, and proactive operational experience for exhibitors, visitors and suppliers to the venue and all FIL organised events. They will assist in implementing relevant areas of the operational strategy, providing the highest level of service to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every decision. Call Centre / customer service experience would be beneficial, but not necessary. Event / exhibition operational background would be beneficial, but not necessary.
