We are working with a fast-paced and growing organisation on their appointment of an HR Administrator on a permanent / temp to perm basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a crucial role to facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, dealing with all HR administrative support and any first line HR queries. This is a site-based position and flexibility to attend other sites on occasion is required, this may involve some early starts.

Responsibilities Of The HR Administrator Role Include:
1. Process all HR lifecycle documentation
2. Maintain & update employee records (People HR)
3. Prepare standard letters
4. Provide confidential note taking at HR and Operational meetings
5. Assist with recruitment administration
As HR Administrator You Will Have:
1. Proven experience in high volume admin / HR administrative role
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Confidence to manage own workload
