The Role
Sanper is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Coordinator to come and join our team in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full-time position, working closely with the Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure day-to-day activities run as smoothly as possible. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with very good attention to detail and have a confident approach to clients and workforce.
The primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):
1. Adding Purchase orders to internal systems.
2. Organising Project Managers calendar and booking initial site visits and liaising with the client.
3. Booking in small reactive jobs with clients and operatives.
4. Filing receipts and invoices for all projects.
5. Responsible for credit control regarding first-stage internal invoicing.
6. Updating spend trackers with all purchases.
7. Monitoring job timeframes and ensuring projects are completed in set timings.
8. Liaise with management regarding new site staff and dealing with first stage recruitment and interviews.
9. Prepare weekly operative schedules with support from manager.
10. Dealing with reactive materials purchases.
11. Daily project update calls with Project Managers and site operatives.
12. Logging all project updates and activity on an internal CRM system.
13. Tracking operative absence across live purchase orders (attendance tracker) and issuing up-to-date purchase order status to clients and stakeholders.
14. Supplying all works with live updates as received from manager and site/operative.
15. Uniform requirements for new operatives and current site operatives.
16. Onboarding for new operatives, including welcome to the team packs.
17. Organise completion certificates when projects are finished.
18. Prepare and email out weekly operative schedules to clients with support from project managers.
19. Responsible for the vetting process for all reactive labour operatives.
20. Distribute health and safety procedures for projects and ensure information is collated and saved on internal CRM.
21. Attend weekly project meetings and support by taking minutes and distributing these to the office.
22. Material returns for damages and overstock.
23. Arranging skip hire and waste sorting.
24. Arrange the hire of tools, plant hire and off hire of equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
