In your position as Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining all of our Hoist and lifting equipment; testing, repairing and maintain all parts, making sure they are in a good safe working order. Your duties will include: Attending on site breakdowns, fault finding and repair. Plan and attend scheduled maintenance visits Repairing and refurbishment of the hoists and their parts Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions Completing and maintaining all appropriate documentation.

To succeed as a Maintenance Engineer you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
1. Multi skilled engineering experience
2. Industrial electrical experience
3. Electrical testing, repairs and fault finding experience
4. Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities
5. Must hold a current UK driving licence
6. Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
7. The ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines
8. The role will involve working at height – full training and RPE provided
9. Excellent literacy and communication skills
10. Desirable skills or experience
11. Heavy Plant Maintenance experience
12. PAT testing experience
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with hoists or other lifting equipment and understand the challenges that come with working at height. We are also happy to hear from those who have a strong engineering background with a proven background in Plant Maintenance.
