Smart Teachers is seeking a passionate and dedicated History & Politics Teacher to join a well-established and high-achieving secondary school in North London. This is an exciting opportunity to teach History across KS3–KS5 and Politics at KS5 in a dynamic and supportive department.

The Role:
Full-time Teacher of History & Politics, delivering engaging and rigorous lessons
Teach History from KS3 to KS5 and Politics at A-Level
Inspire and challenge students through innovative teaching methods
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring excellent outcomes
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
Support and engage students in debates, research projects, and wider learning opportunities
Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives to enhance student achievement
Requirements:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience teaching History across KS3–KS5 and Politics at A-Level
Is passionate about fostering critical thinking, debate, and academic curiosity
Has a track record of strong classroom management and engaging lesson delivery
Works well within a collaborative and supportive department
Is keen to contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
