The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and administration of the firm’s health, welfare and well-being programs across the EMEA region, and development of new programs to expand the firm’s well-being platform. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Other key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with external providers and working closely with vendors, particularly during renewal periods, negotiating and designing bespoke programs Collaborating and strategising with our global management team regarding benefit and well-being initiatives, budget management and program structure Researching and evaluating our industry trends, presenting cost analysis and studies, and ensuring Latham & Watkins are offering market-leading programs within the region Offering a first-class customer service internally to all lawyers and staff, handling and/or escalating enquiries, and providing benefits support and guidance during the various stages of the employee lifecycle Developing a strong knowledge of local governmental regulations and keeping abreast of any changes to local laws pertaining to benefits We’d love to hear from you if you: Are passionate about working for a firm who are constantly striving to offer hugely competitive benefits packages, and you are able to demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills in order to maintain the firm’s position in the market Can demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and enjoy working with all levels within the firm regarding strategy, policy and procedures Enjoy working in a team but also feel confident using your initiative and working on a stand-alone basis at times.
