We’re seeking a meticulous individual with a passion for providing exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Criteria:
1. Financial Services Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
2. Work Experience: Previous work experience in an IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) practice.
3. Intelligent Office User: Proficiency in using Intelligent Office software.
4. Proficiency: in Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Positive Attitude: Demonstrated positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Long-Term Plans: Long-term plans to stay within Client Service within the Financial Services Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
8. Comply with relevant regulations and firm procedures consistently.
9. Stay updated on industry changes and maintain compliance with standards.
10. Conduct thorough research and maintain accurate documentation.
11. Provide professional and courteous customer interactions.
12. Manage day-to-day administration of Life, Investment, and Pensions products.
13. Liaise with clients, providers, and stakeholders effectively.
14. Provide training and mentorship to apprentice staff as required.
