The Role Working within our nursing team, the post holder will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and recovery practitioners, working across our adult drug and alcohol service. The role will include a wide range of activities including supporting us to achieve and maintain micro-elimination of Hepatitis C for our service, hospital alcohol liaison, conducting health and wellbeing assessments, supporting ambulatory (community) alcohol detoxification, and Buvidal administration. We can provide training to support your development. About us Via Kingston is an established, integrated community service delivered across several provisions in the Borough. The service consists of both clinical and psychosocial elements and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV and health interventions, OST prescribing, community detox, a recovery hub, a family and friends service, and service user involvement provision.
