Commercial Contracts Manager required for nationwide work.
Our client is a team of commercial building & construction contractors specializing in groundworks, modular extensions, shopfitting, commercial decorating, and Terrazzo flooring across the UK.
We have an exciting position available for a Fitout / Joinery Contracts Manager to join our ever-growing team.
This is a wide-ranging role overseeing operations. The ideal candidate needs the experience and confidence to coordinate with multiple site managers and work directly with clients and suppliers. Our jobs are fast-paced and will require someone who works well under pressure, uses their initiative, and is flexible.
Duties include:
1. Liaison with client's project managers and site managers.
2. Working closely with department and fitout site teams.
3. Helping to develop growth of fitout division & building teams.
4. Tracking project financials & preparing applications, liaising with our QS across multiple projects.
5. Procurement of construction materials and plant, managing suppliers & subcontractors.
6. Management of labour agencies.
7. Ensuring health and safety compliance; equipment & procedures.
8. Review of incoming tender information to determine project suitability, working alongside our QS.
Candidate Requirements
1. Extensive knowledge on all fitout / joinery works including decorating.
2. Experience working within a similar construction role.
3. Adaptable, motivated & can operate independently.
4. Full driving license.
5. CSCS card.

Pay: Up to £65,000.00 per year.
