The post involves workingbothweek daysand someweek endsand a degree of flexibility can be consideredwhilst ensuringthat service need is met.
Our ideal candidate will bean excellent communicator and be proficient in IT skills. He / she will be adaptable to change, feel confident insuggestingnew ideasand be a compassionate team player.
We offer a dynamic and supportive environment to extend existing skills and to feel part of ateam providing support to patients undergoing both rehabilitation programmes and end of life care.
• Working within an existing administration team providing support and flexibility.
• Be proficient in IT systems includingWord, Outlook,Exelland Team
• Be able to produce andmaintainspreadsheets recording relevant data for the unit.
• Beconfident and competent in liaising with all members of the team and agencies affiliated to our service.
• Be a compassionate communicator when liaising with patients and their families.
• Tobe skilled in gaining user feedback andmonitoringour patient survey system.
• Tomanage team sheets which distribute staff throughout the unit based onclinical banding,competenceand experience.
• To take minutes where requiredand to distribute accordingly
