We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our Cooplands bakery team in Whitby. As the heart and soul of our store, you will be responsible for maintaining high spirits, delivering excellent standards, and achieving targets.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver great results and provide a consistently brilliant customer experience
* Strive to promote sales and increase profitability, while maintaining control over waste, labour, and customer service standards

Requirements:
* Store management experience is desirable, but not essential
* Supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, with a willingness to step into a managerial role
