What you’ll be responsible for
As a Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Ensure all on-site activity and data is captured in a compliant and accurate manner in our corporate systems (e.g. IMS, S:/) for further analysis within the business.
* Assisting in monitoring and reporting all activities within the Water Logistics function, including Water Quality activities, WL Performance, and associated legislative requirements.
* Assisting in developing and implementing an effective control/scheduling system to ensure all requests are received, recorded, confirmed, scheduled, controlled, and ultimately closed upon completion.
* Developing updated procedures and a control system to manage and report on all deployment activities for the Clean Water Tanker & Bowser fleet, interrogating this system for verification of invoices in line with contractual arrangements valued at approximately £2m per year.
* Undertaking reviews for each tankering activity in line with contractual obligations/SLA’s and providing performance reports to the WL Performance Manager for review.
* Liaising with Silver Centre’s during operational incidents, receiving instructions, and keeping Operational Managers informed on Water Logistics Activities.
* Understanding EU Driver’s hour regulations, DVSA requirements, and ensuring all relevant paperwork and driver license checks are completed/documented in line with legal requirements.
* Ordering equipment, chemicals, fuel, PPE, and arranging servicing requirements through SRM, requesting quotations from framework suppliers, and processing purchase orders within SLA’s.
* Keeping necessary records to satisfy internal and external stakeholder audits.
* Participating in an OOH standby rota and within a working pattern determined by demand (Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm).
