We are enhancing our urgent and emergency care specialist services for patients with significant injuries as a result of trauma and have an ambition to become a Major Trauma Centre.
Job overview
We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). This is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to create a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals throughout Norfolk and Waveney.
Main duties of the job
As an Application Analyst and Lead Trainer, within the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme, you will act as a subject matter expert for specific care pathways aligned with your relevant work experience. You will complete and pass the relevant MEDITECH Expanse application training and deliver MEDITECH Expanse training to other EPR Analysts and end-users across Norfolk & Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (N&WHAC).

Qualifications
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience (relevant to the role)
* Relevant project management and/or change qualifications such as Prince2 Practitioner, AgilePM, CPCM
Experience
* Knowledge of clinical, administrative and operational workflows and processes within a hospital environment.
* Subject Matter Expert in Oncology
Skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Ability to identify and embrace change in the drive towards continuous improvement.
