Job Description
A dynamic and experienced Service Manager is required to lead a team of service advisors and technicians in one of the UK's largest Motor Retailers, Bristol Street Motors.
About the Role:
* Leads a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
* Manages and optimizes service operations, including scheduling and workflow management
* Develops and implements strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Main Responsibilities:
1. To develop and implement a customer-centric approach to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
2. To lead by example, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
3. To maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
4. To work closely with the sales department to maximize revenue opportunities and promote additional services to customers
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Service Manager in a motor retail environment
* Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage a diverse team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
