Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role is pivotal in our business development efforts, focusing on generating leads and establishing strong client relationships. Initially, this role will serve as a junior position, offering a clear pathway into our sales team, where you will have the scope to progress into a fully-fledged, target focussed sales professional. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Utilise Glenigans database (experience desirable) to identify key opportunities and track market trends. Manage and update client information accurately using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies. Achieve and exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business. Experience Required: Previous experience with making outbound calls to customers and engaging potential clients would be highly beneficial. Ambitious and driven we are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed and eager to develop their career within sales. Experience with Glenigans database is desirable. Familiarity with this platform will be a significant advantage. IT and Excel literate is a must for data management and analysis UK driving licence is necessary as the role may require occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
