Job Description
International Payroll Manager
* Total ownership of multiple international payrolls (predominately European)
* Provide guidance and payroll related advice to team
* Insights to stakeholders on policies, procedures etc.
* End-to-end payroll processing
* Risk minimisation and document issues for later resolution
* Be the POC for payroll escalation - accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, streamlining and more

* Strong team communication - interpersonal skills essential, collaboration with the global team
* Ability to manage 3rd party providers - numerous locations
* Exposure and understanding of multiple payroll/HR platforms
* Multiple frequency exposure (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly etc.)
* Personal management - high productivity
* Information gathering of procedures, bottlenecks etc. to identify streamlining opportunities
* Able to commute to Slough - Hybrid
