Due to continued growth in our asbestos consultancy, WH Stephens are looking to recruit a high calibre, committed, flexible Asbestos Analyst based in Northern Ireland to join the team in our Belfast office to cover a mixed portfolio of contracts. Consideration will be given to applicants who already hold the relevant Asbestos Proficiency Certificates.

We are a leading, independent consultancy and work with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders across both private and public sectors.
Conduct asbestos air monitoring and 4-stage clearance testing in a wide range of environments.
Collating and producing testing certificates as required via dedicated and market leading asbestos software platform with onsite tablets.
Participate in internal QC and external PT Schemes to ensure continued improvement and quality results for clients.
Calibration of essential equipment used during testing.
The applicant must have attained the P403/P404 asbestos qualifications.
Desirable to have also attained the P405 asbestos qualifications.
Must have 2- years hands on experience with asbestos analytical works.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Must be proficient in the use of TEAMS Software.
Full UK driving licence.
Overall, the post holder will be an all-rounder with a smart disposition, flexible to the everyday stresses and strains in the business environment, with a strong work ethic and able to work independently whilst at the same time carry out the work effectively and within time frames set.
The post holder will also need to be flexible with regards to travelling to sites throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other parts of the UK.
