At the helm of an impressive client portfolio, your role as Client Partner will be to forge client relationships, drive the strategic direction of their advertising and marketing activity and explore new ways we can help them. We’ve developed a whole range of innovative and unique tools, products and services designed to support our clients. Acting as a trusted consultant, you’ll build the credibility needed to encourage yours to embrace them.
Requirements
Using your sector knowledge to identify client challenges and opportunities for us to solve them is key. As Client Partner, you’ll also drive operational performance, set KPIs, expertly lead meetings, develop campaign strategy and engage your clients with a collaborative approach. Every aspect of the client relationship will be yours to own. That means getting under the skin of what’s needed, leading and coaching the best team for the job, and briefing relevant parties to deliver it all on time and budget.
Things move at pace here. So, we need a Client Partner who thrives on delivering commercial success under pressure – someone who’s a gifted presenter, natural collaborator and calm-headed lead.
