Plumber

Are you an Experienced Plumber? Are you looking for work in an NHS Trust based in West Yorkshire?
I have a client seeking an experienced Plumber with City and Guild/NVQ qualifications to perform planned and maintenance work at their site.
Details of assignment:

* Carry out work activities that are both routine and non-routine.
* Perform new works, repairs, and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment, and services.
* Handle reactive work requests, minor new installation requests, and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
* Escort contractors carrying out inspections and installations.
* Strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists, and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
* Possess a UK Manual driving licence.

Job Details:

* The role pays £21 per hour on a temp to perm basis for a 37.5 hour week.
* You can be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
* The role is for 6-12 months with the potential to become permanent afterwards.
