Psychology Students - Worcester The Role Here at Long-Term Teachers we are looking for psychology students and graduates who are looking to expand their experience and develop a career path by supporting young pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. Role requirements This role requires someone who is comfortable doing 1:1 sessions with young pupils, and is happy to work part/full-time hours. Desirable traits from the candidates would be as followed: Great communication with the Class Teacher. Have high expectations for the pupil. Be adaptable and engaging to support different pupils. Build strong relationships with the pupil and their family. Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the pupils' needs.
