What You’ll Be Doing Leading and coordinating SEN provision across the school to ensure the best outcomes for children with special educational needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support the well-being and progress of students. Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and monitoring the progress of SEN students. Providing guidance and support to staff on SEN-related issues. Ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of all students. About You Be able to do the job as described. Experienced SENCO or practitioner passionate about making a difference in the lives of SEN students. Excellent communicator, organized, with a keen eye for detail. Empathetic and positive, with a proactive approach to challenges. Flexible and team-oriented, with a great sense of humor.
