About The Company
Regent Road is a new Supported Living service that is due to open in November 2023. The service will provide support to 7 individuals who are moving into their first adult placement. It is an exciting time in their lives and we are currently recruiting a Support Worker to help shape the opening of the new service.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
* Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
