Our well established and innovative client based in Minchinhampton are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their busy supportive team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking company who are experts in their field.
The purpose of the role is to support the purchasing and sales team with administrative duties but also be available to help in other areas of the business as required.
Due to the location of the client, own transport is required
Responsibilities;
-Answering calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately
-Checking suppliers have orders and requesting order acknowledgements
-Track orders due in, liaising with suppliers on a regular basis for updates and information and chasing late or no show deliveries daily
-Deal with purchasing and sales related reporting and administration
-Regular liaison with suppliers, stores and internal team
-General office duties such as filing and photocopying when required
