OperationalLeadership:
* Overseeall plant operations ensuring the production of asphalt meetsBSI:9001 specifications.
* Conduct andreview prestart inspections and maintenance activities ensuring allequipment is in optimalcondition.
* Manage plant personnelproviding guidance training and support to maintain highoperational standards.
* Utilizecontrol systems to optimize fixed plant operations improvingefficiency and reducingcosts.
Maintenanceand SafetyOversight:
* Leadthe maintenance teams in proactive monitoring and repair of plantequipment.
* Ensure all safetyprotocols are rigorously followed fostering a culture of safety andcompliance.
* Monitor aggregate stocklevels and ensure timely replenishment to meet productiondemands.
OperationalEfficiency:
* Optimizeplant operations to minimize environmental impact andcosts.
* Ensure efficient loading andscheduling of materials coordinating with logistics to meetproduction deadlines.
* Manage dataentry and reporting for internal management systems ensuringaccuracy andtimeliness.

What We re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years (excludingtraining) in electronic security and life safety systems with anNSI Gold accredited company. Technical Skills: Proficient ininstalling, commissioning, maintaining, and fault-finding onvarious security systems. Knowledge: Familiarity with brands suchas Honeywell, Menvier, Texecom, Paxton, Videx, C-Tec, Advanced,Morley, Hikvision, Hanwha, and Avigilon. IT & Networking:Strong understanding of IT, networking, electrical, and electronicprinciples. Availability: Willingness to join the 24-hour call-outrota. Additional Skills: Self-managed with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Good judgment anddecision-making skills under time constraints. Excellent vehiclestock control and organizational skills. Adherence to health andsafety policies. Proficient in completing audit paperwork and jobsheets. Clean driving license and a professionalattitude.
