Territory Manager Mission: Change the lives of adult smokers by promoting IQOS, a reduced-risk heated tobacco product. Lead a team of 5-10 Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive sales and awareness within a controlled environment. Role Overview: As a Territory Manager, you’ll manage, coach, and motivate your sales team, ensuring high performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This field-based role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a commitment to helping your team succeed. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management Plan and submit weekly schedules to ensure team efficiency. Monitor and drive regional targets and sales averages. Identify underperformance causes and implement improvement plans. Track daily performance and address concerns promptly. Minimize absenteeism by addressing issues quickly. Quality & Retention Champion exceptional customer experiences and balanced sales quality. Ensure the value proposition is clearly communicated by your team. Maintain high standards through mystery shop results and customer journey checks. People Management Lead by example in all aspects of the FSE role (pitching, selling, coaching). Deliver impactful sales training and develop team sales techniques. Onboard new starters with tailored performance plans. Build team morale, encourage healthy competition, and celebrate successes. Manage team equipment, ensuring readiness and accuracy. Relationship Building Build trust with FSEs, retailers, and field teams. Bridge communication between head office and frontline staff. Address morale-impacting issues proactively. Data & Reporting Submit accurate daily reports on time. Master reporting systems to analyze regional data and trends. Provide high-level training on reporting platforms to your team. Issue Escalation Act as the first point of contact for team queries, resolving or escalating issues efficiently. Troubleshoot effectively before involving senior stakeholders. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and access to a car. 2 years of sales experience, with 1 year in sales management. Proven ability to achieve targets and foster relationships. Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills. Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 5 days/week). What’s in It for You?
