An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager with experience working with an audit and assurance team to join a well-established accountancy firm.
This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary of up to £55,000 for a 36.25 hours work week, plus flexible and hybrid working options.
As an Audit Manager, you will be overseeing and executing audit fieldwork for a diverse client portfolio while fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluating audit performance against KPIs and providing reports and potential solutions for any issues.
2. Preparing financial statements for non-audit clients.
3. Conducting technical research and providing advice.
4. Assisting in developing new business proposals.
5. Networking within business communities.
6. Training and developing junior team members.
7. Working on regional client projects as required.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as an Audit Manager, Audit Supervisor, Audit & Accounts Manager, Audit Senior, or in a similar role.
2. Experience working with an audit and assurance team.
3. Background in mentoring, training, and supervising junior team members.
4. ACA or ACCA part-qualified or qualified.
5. Familiarity with UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
6. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
