Role Overview: Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development through tailored activities. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the holistic development of each child. Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing regular feedback to enhance their learning journey. Who We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years or equivalent. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for fostering young children’s learning. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic, with a genuine love for teaching young children. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
