An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Aftersales Advisor to join a Used Car Supermarket in Hinkley.
Basic salary: £24,040
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (No weekends)
We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment, and preferably with a background working within the Motor Industry in a car dealership.
The successful candidate will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career.
The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.
The ideal candidate:
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer's experience.
2. Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.
3. People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
4. Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
5. Customer focused - able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.
6. Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.
7. Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the aftersales team.
Duties:
1. Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
2. Responding to customer enquiries.
3. Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls.
4. Dealing with any customer complaints.
5. Interpreting customer concerns and comments.
6. Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
7. Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles.
8. Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed.
